Social investment and volunteering Our CSR strategy serves as the foundation for our social investment initiatives. We believe in creating meaningful value through active community engagement and employee-led volunteering. Our social investment programs focus on enhancing quality of life across the UAE with a strong focus on communities near our operations where many of our employees and their families live. In 2024, ADNOC employees across the Group actively contributed to more than 20 volunteering initiatives that supported community wellbeing, environmental sustainability and social inclusion through approximately 8,900 volunteers contributing over 64,500 hours. Volunteers supported breast cancer awareness by staffing mobile screening centers and securing service station locations for free consultations during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Moreover, we supported life-saving healthcare through the ADNOC Groups Blood Donation Campaign. In 2024, ADNOC Gas alone facilitated blood donations from over 490 employees. Environmental campaigns included annual beach clean-ups and mangrove restoration efforts, engaging volunteers and local communities to preserve biodiversity and coastal ecosystems. Other initiatives included educational workshops for students of determination, social activities for the elderly and food donation drives. During Ramadan, employees distributed iftar boxes and donated LPG cylinders to families preparing meals for their communities, in partnership with humanitarian organizations.
