This year's Powering Possible report shows an energy industry that has moved decisively from experimenting with AI to deploying it at scale. Investment is turning into real business value, and resilience, reliability and adaptability now matter as much as efficiency. Intelligence is fast becoming part of how energy is produced, delivered and used. That shift is opening up new possibilities. Agentic AI is helping organizations coordinate and adapt in real time. Physical intelligence, which brings AI and robotics together, is turning insight into action by maintaining critical infrastructure and keeping operations running around the clock. At ADNOC, we are seeing this first-hand as we embed AI across our operations to optimize every barrel, every megawatt and every production line. As intelligence runs deeper through the energy system, our responsibility grows with it. AI must be deployed safely, securely and with rigorous governance. And people must remain at the center, building, governing and applying AI to solve real operational challenges every day. The next chapter will be defined by those who turn AI into outcomes: stronger performance, greater resilience and the ability to adapt in an increasingly complex world. ADNOC is committed to playing its part. We will share what we learn, work with partners like Microsoft and help show what is possible when energy and intelligence advance together. His Excellency Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber Managing Director and Group CEO, ADNOC and Executive Chairman, XRG
